These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Taagh platform and services (the “Service”) operated by Taagh Consulting Engineers (“Taagh”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.
2. Eligibility & Who Can Use Taagh
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of legal majority in your location, if higher) to use the Service. By using Taagh you represent that you meet this requirement and that you are able to enter into a binding agreement. If you use the Service on behalf of a company, you represent that you are authorized to bind that company to these Terms.
3. Description of the Service
Taagh is an AI-powered architectural rendering and visualization platform. You may upload images — such as CAD exports, sketches, or photographs — and generate rendered visualizations using styles we provide. Some results may be produced instantly by our AI engine, and some services may involve additional human review. Output quality may vary, and renders are provided for visualization purposes.
4. Accounts & Registration
- You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account and to keep it up to date.
- You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity that happens under your account.
- You may maintain only one account unless we agree otherwise in writing.
- We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or use the Service in a way that may cause harm, at our reasonable discretion.
5. Tokens & Billing
The Service uses “tokens” — a prepaid credit you purchase in advance and spend to generate renders. Generating a render consumes tokens; higher-resolution output (such as 4K), additional styles, or premium services may consume additional tokens. The number of tokens required for each action is shown in the Service and may change over time.
Prices for tokens and the token cost of any feature may change at any time. Any change applies to future purchases and does not retroactively affect tokens you have already bought. For questions about refunds, please see our Refund Policy.
6. Acceptable Use & Prohibited Conduct
You agree that you will not:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to create unlawful content.
- Upload, generate, or distribute content that infringes the intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of any person.
- Upload any image or content that you do not own or do not have the necessary rights and permissions to use.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, scrape, or attempt to extract the source code, models, prompts, or underlying assets of the Service.
- Abuse, overload, or interfere with the Service or its API, or attempt to bypass usage limits or security measures.
- Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Service except as expressly permitted.
7. User Content & Ownership
“User Content” means the images and materials you upload. You are solely responsible for your User Content and must have all rights necessary to upload it and to allow us to process it. You retain ownership of your User Content.
As between you and Taagh, and to the extent permitted by applicable law, you may use the renders you generate (the “Output”) for your own personal or business purposes, including client presentations, subject to your compliance with these Terms.
To operate the Service, you grant us a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, store, reproduce, and process your User Content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service to you. We do not claim ownership of your User Content.
8. Our Intellectual Property
The Service — including the Taagh platform, brand, logos, website content, software, and our curated styles library — is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Our “Signature Styles”, together with their underlying prompts, configurations, and reference assets, are our proprietary and confidential content. You may not copy, extract, reproduce, or attempt to reconstruct these styles, prompts, or assets. Except for the rights expressly granted to you, no rights are transferred to you.
9. Third-Party Services
The Service relies on third-party providers for AI processing, rendering, hosting, and payment handling. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or content of any third-party service, and your use of any third-party site is governed by that party’s own terms. Links or integrations to third-party services do not imply our endorsement.
10. Disclaimers
The Service is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any render will meet your specific expectations.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Taagh and its owners, employees, and providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. To the extent liability cannot be excluded, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the [X]-month period before the event giving rise to the claim.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Taagh and its affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your User Content, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms or of any law or third-party right.
13. Suspension & Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if you breach these Terms or use the Service in a harmful or unlawful way. You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (such as intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification) will continue to apply.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
15. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
