This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how refunds work for tokens purchased on Taagh, operated by Taagh Consulting Engineers. Please read it together with our Terms of Service.

1. Tokens Are a Prepaid Credit

Tokens are a prepaid digital credit that you buy in advance and spend to generate renders and use other features. Tokens have no cash value except as described in this policy and are not transferable.

2. Our Refund Policy

Refund stance. Unused tokens may be refundable within [X] days of purchase. Tokens already spent on completed renders are non-refundable, because the service is delivered instantly once a render is generated. Refunds, where granted, are issued to your original payment method.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email us at taagh.co@gmail.com from the email address associated with your account, within the window described above. Include your account email and the approximate date of purchase so we can locate your transaction. We will review eligible requests and let you know the outcome.

4. Free & Promotional Tokens

Tokens granted for free — such as sign-up bonus tokens or promotional tokens — are not eligible for refunds and have no cash value.

5. Chargebacks & Disputes

If you have a billing concern, please contact us first at taagh.co@gmail.com so we can help — most issues can be resolved quickly. Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without contacting us may result in suspension of your account while the matter is investigated. We reserve the right to contest disputes that we believe are not valid.

6. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund & Cancellation Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date above. The policy in effect at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase.
